Claudia will show you step by step how to prepare tasty mouth-watering St. Lucian food.

You’ll get to take your pick from some of the most famous St. Lucian dishes for your cooking class – from preparation to a finished meal.

Once your local St. Lucian food is ready, Claudia will show you how to plate it, garnish it and, she will serve you lunch.

Sample Menu

• Green Figs and Saltfish - The national dish of St. Lucia. This dish is prepared with green bananas and salted codfish.
• Bouillon - Bouillon is a very delicious soup that includes lots of ingredients including dumplings and meat mixed into a large pot
• Fried Bakes - Fried bakes are one of the most popular eats in St. Lucia and it is also referred to as “float” or Johnny cakes.
• Green Fig Salad - Green fig salad is similar to potato salad but made with green bananas locally referred to as (green figs).
• St. Lucian Fish Broth - One of St. Lucia's most popular home-cooked meals. It's packed with local ingredients, seasoning and bursting with flavor.
