The Lemon Festival, cook with love

The flavors, colors and aromas of Peruvian cuisine are on the table. The Peruvian lemon is the host and you are the expected guest. Welcome!

The meeting point is at the Chef's terrace. We will host the culinary workshop at this cozy place and will sample a four course tasting menu. Together, we will learn about the ingredients, their history, how to replace them in your home country, and then we’ll get down to work!

We will kick-off The Lime Fiesta preparing a mouthwatering Pisco Sour. This aperitif will delight us with its taste and it magnificent history. Then, using an award-winning recipe, we will prepare a Classic and Sea Fruits Ceviche. Next, a Tiradito with avocado in rocoto and yellow chilli pepper sauce - this is similar to sashimi.

Finally, we will teach you to prepare a succulent Avocado Shrimp Causa (vegetarian option available) - after that you will never forget our cuisine. Last but not least, you will learn about to make our classic drink, Chilcano de Pisco. Cheers!
